She discovered the art of yoga during her teenage years and never looked back. She enjoyed being a yoga practitioner and began her fitness journey. However, as life unfolded, her passion for yoga took a back seat. She took up a corporate job at a well-known MNC to earn her bread and butter.
Despite the demands of her corporate job, her love and discipline for yoga kept her going. She continued to practice and teach yoga alongside her full-time job. Realizing it was possible to turn her hobby into a full-time career with enough dedication, she took a leap of faith and quit her corporate job. Seeking to deepen her knowledge, she found her teacher, Mark Robberds, and the rest is history.
Her ultimate fitness goal is to enhance the human body’s functionalities through movement practices. Known for her friendly personality, flexibility, and industry knowledge, she walks the talk and helps her clients with scientific techniques and practical ways to achieve their fitness goals.
She firmly believes in the ‘One size doesn’t fit all’ principle, making her training programs versatile, inclusive, and effective by incorporating multiple disciplines like Yoga, Animal Flow, Body Weight training, Swinging Indian Clubs, and Mugdars. She ensures that each day offers new learning for her clients.
