Here, we not only perform a few asanas but practice & learn and finally train towards better body awareness, correct posture and overall longevity. We focus on training the body in a holistic way using Yoga based bodyweight drills. On Saturdays we practice Ashtanga Yoga Primary series.
Animal Flow is a quadrupedal movement training system that is designed to improve the performance, resilience and function of the human animal. Animal Flow is quite versatile to suit a beginner as well as an advanced fitness level. Let’s strive by getting our bodies on the ground and moving around.
